- License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

- Use the Platform to upload or transmit any harmful or malicious code.

- Your use or inability to use the Platform.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synme, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
10. Termination
- Termination by You: You may terminate your Account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform.
- Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
